The ECS Admissions Process:
We are pleased to have you interested in joining our school family. Listed below are the steps to admission at ECS. If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the school office for clarification.
1. Initial inquiry, campus visit, question/answer, etc
2. Parent(s) returns completed application and pastoral reference (we must have both documents in order to proceed with step 3.
3. Parents are contacted for an interview with the headmaster (usually scheduled with one week of receipt of application)
4. Parents are notified of acceptance or denial (Notification will be received via postal service within one week of interview)
5. Student is tested for appropriate grade level (2nd grade and above)
6. Parents are notified of testing results, placement, or remediation requirements
7. $300 registration fee is required to reserve spot in class
